The Kashmir Labours Welfare Association (KLWA) is a non-profit organization dedicated to uplifting and empowering laborers and daily wage workers in Kashmir. Our mission is to improve their quality of life by providing essential support in areas such as skill development, legal awareness, healthcare, financial aid, and fair wages advocacy.
Founded with the vision of creating a just and equitable society for laborers, KLWA works tirelessly to bridge the gap between workers and essential resources. We believe that every laborer deserves dignity, respect, and fair opportunities to thrive.
At KLWA, we focus on:
We collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and socially responsible employers to drive meaningful change. Through our efforts, we strive to create a society where laborers are recognized, protected, and empowered to build a sustainable future for themselves and their families.
KLWA welcomes members, volunteers, and donors to support our mission. Together, we can uplift thousands of laborers and ensure they receive the rights and benefits they deserve.
